Specific pricing and payment terms belong in your accepted quotation.
Handover and maintenance depend on the service package you choose.
SERVICE TERMS
These are general website terms. Your accepted written proposal or agreement determines the specific scope, price, timeline and responsibilities for your project.
These terms describe general conditions for enquiries, quotations and services offered by SS Web Design Era, a Chennai-based web design and digital services business. They apply to use of this website and, where agreed, to our professional services.
A signed proposal, purchase order, service agreement or written quotation may include specific terms; those agreed project terms take precedence where they conflict with this general page.
The service scope, deliverables, features, responsibilities, target milestones and included revisions should be recorded in an accepted written quotation or proposal. Work outside that scope may require a revised quote or change approval.
Projects ordinarily move through requirements, planning, design or development, review and handover as applicable. Timelines depend on timely receipt of content, feedback, access and approvals.
Prices shown in examples or promotional material are indicative unless expressly confirmed in a written quotation. Actual fees, applicable taxes, advance payments, milestone invoices and due dates will be specified before paid work begins.
Any third-party charges for domains, hosting, subscriptions, gateways, licences, advertising or paid tools should be identified separately in the agreed scope when applicable.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate requirements, approved copy, logos, images, product details and necessary access. Customers should ensure they have rights to the materials they provide and that their requested use is lawful.
Please keep backup copies of your original content and credentials. Sensitive credentials should be shared only through an agreed secure method, and access should be reviewed after project completion.
The number and type of included revisions, review deadlines and approval checkpoints depend on your project agreement. Additional rounds, late-stage changes or new functionality may affect fees or delivery schedules.
Written approval of a final design, specification or delivered milestone may be treated as completion of that stage under the agreed project terms.
We aim to deliver the agreed work with reasonable professional care. Website appearance and functionality may vary by browser, device, content and third-party integration. Customer review and acceptance criteria should be agreed in advance.
A launch date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Delays arising from missing materials, third-party approvals or external services may require a revised schedule.
Customers retain rights in materials they lawfully provide. Ownership or licence to custom deliverables, and any conditions tied to final payment, are determined by the written project agreement.
Third-party themes, fonts, photographs, plugins, software, hosting platforms and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. Pre-existing tools, techniques and reusable know-how are not automatically transferred.
Domain registration, DNS, SSL, email, website hosting and platform configuration may involve independent registrars, providers and renewal charges. Availability, uptime, delivery of third-party services and renewal pricing are controlled by those providers.
Customers should maintain their own provider accounts, renewal reminders, backups and recovery access unless a separate managed-service arrangement expressly covers these responsibilities.
SEO and digital marketing depend on search engines, competition, market conditions, budgets, content and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, conversions or advertising outcomes.
Search engines and advertising platforms may change their policies, approval decisions or algorithms independently of our work.
Included post-launch support, response windows, bug corrections, content updates, backups and ongoing maintenance are limited to what is set out in an agreed plan or quotation. New features and continuing services may require a separate agreement.
We recommend keeping your CMS, plugins, hosting and security systems updated and maintaining suitable backups. No website can be guaranteed completely free from faults or security incidents.
If a project is paused or cancelled, the treatment of advances, completed work, purchased licences and unrecoverable third-party costs should follow the agreed written quotation or contract and applicable law.
For a cancellation or refund enquiry, contact us with the project reference so the particular agreement and work completed can be reviewed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any signed agreement, each party is responsible for its own obligations. SS Web Design Era does not control interruptions, policy changes, outages or other failures of independent third-party platforms.
Nothing on this page excludes any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific liability terms should be addressed in the written agreement.
We may revise these general terms when our service practices or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the version displayed on this website. Material changes to an active contract should be governed by that contract.
For project scope, invoices, cancellations or these terms, contact sswebdesignera@gmail.com or use our Contact page. SS Web Design Era is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
